1. Can you tell me a little about yourself?

On this question don’t give an answers like, my name is xyz, I have this many sisters and brother. My mother is this and my father is that. Many people give this kind of answers when you are  completely fresher.

There is a better way to answer this question here what you need to do is give your introduction like your name, your education details and the main thing why you want to join that company. Is the most important and how you will help them to improve their company.

Important part is don’t forget to tell them about your skills and experience status, so that interviewer will come to know that you have some potential to do the job. Don’t give them chance to ask you more questions.before they ask you should answer in this session.


2. How did you hear about the position?

This is another innocuous interview question, this question gives you a chance to show your passion and connection about the company.
Share your answer with interviewer like you come to know from your friend, or you got it from any website etc, Also share why you got an interested and excited about that the position they are offering.


3. What do you know about the company?

It is very important that whenever you are going to an interview, you should know somethings about the company.
Because they really wanted to know whether you care about the company or not.

You will get the information about the company from google or you can simply log on to their website and check out there about page.


4. What are your greatest weaknesses?

It can feel awkward to tell your weaknesses in front of interviewer.

Example: I sometimes have trouble saying “no” and then end up overwhelmed by my workload. Earlier in my career, I would take on so many projects that I’d work evenings and weekends. It was stressful.

I realized this was counterproductive, so I started using workload management tools and setting better expectations for myself and my teammates.


5. What are your goals for the future.

In this question you have to tell about your ambitions, expectations for your career and your plans ahead.

Example: I would like to continue by developing my so-and-so skills more and more, as well as I want to improve my leadership skills over the next several years.


6. Can you tell me about a difficult work situation and how you overcome it?

This question is often used to check how well you perform under pressure as well as how you can tackle with the bad situation.

On this situation you need to give strong example which happened to you and how you had deal with that.


7. What is your salary expectations?

This is  must ask question by the interviewer to know whether your expectations fits into their budget or not.

Before answering this question, I would like to understand this job position and the expected responsibilities better. I would also like to know what is expected from me while I work here.

As I have been working in a similar position for the past few months, I can gauge what my worth is.

It is obvious that a person working in this position has a bigger role to play. I  believe that I would be offered important tasks. Then we can settle down on a certain figure later, I hope.


8. Why should we hire you?

If interviewer asking you this question, then he might be not clear or satisfied by your past answers.

So, he is giving you  another chance to prove yourself that how you are better and passionate about this profile.  On this question you should answer with very great confidence and you need to show your passion and abilities for that position.


9. Do you have any questions?

This might be one of the most important questions asked during the interview process because it allows you to explore any subject that hasn’t been addressed and shows the interviewer you’re excited about the role.

Company really want to hire people who deserving and very much passionate about the job, so you must have a great answer about this question.

The first time I saw the position I feel like to work over here because I love to interact with the people, I love to solve the queries of the people, I like to work in a team so-and-so.
